Accessibility Statement
Last updated 11 July 2026
Nualogic is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to AI training and education should be inclusive, and we design our digital presence accordingly. This statement explains our approach, the standards we aim to meet, and how you can report accessibility issues.
This statement has been prepared in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and with Irish accessibility obligations under the Disability Act 2005 and the European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020.
1. Our accessibility commitment
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. Accessibility is part of our design and development process — not an afterthought. Every new page, component, and feature is reviewed against WCAG 2.2 criteria before it is published.
As an AI training company, we understand that people come to our site with a wide range of needs. We are committed to removing barriers that could prevent anyone from learning about or booking our services.
2. Conformance level
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means we aim to meet all Level A and Level AA success criteria as defined in the WCAG 2.2 standard. WCAG 2.2 builds on WCAG 2.1 and adds new success criteria focused on mobile accessibility, people with cognitive disabilities, and users with low vision.
We regularly audit our site against these criteria and prioritise remediation of any issues we find. Where third-party tools or content do not fully meet this standard, we document those limitations below and work with providers to improve them.
3. Accessibility features
The following features are built into our website:
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields and navigation menus) can be reached and operated using a keyboard alone. We maintain a visible focus indicator so you always know where you are on the page.
Screen reader support
We use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and descriptive labels throughout the site. A "Skip to main content" link is available at the top of every page for screen reader and keyboard users.
Colour contrast
Our colour palette is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios. Body text, headings, and interactive elements maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against their backgrounds.
Readable typography
We use clear, legible fonts at a minimum base size of 16px. Line heights and paragraph spacing are set for comfortable reading. The site respects your browser's text scaling and zoom settings up to 200%.
Responsive design
The site is built mobile-first and adapts to all screen sizes from phones to large desktop monitors. Content reflows correctly at every breakpoint without horizontal scrolling.
Reduced motion
We respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" system preference. If you have reduced motion enabled in your operating system or browser, animations and transitions are minimised or removed.
Forms and error handling
Form fields have associated labels, required fields are clearly marked, and error messages are descriptive and programmatically associated with the relevant field. Form validation does not rely on colour alone.
Consistent navigation
The main navigation and footer are consistent across all pages. Breadcrumbs are provided on interior pages so you always know your location within the site structure.
4. Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are transparent about these known limitations:
- Some third-party embedded content (such as the Cal.com booking widget) is provided by external services and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. We monitor these integrations and work with providers to improve accessibility.
- Older content in our resources or case studies may not have been fully reviewed against the latest WCAG 2.2 criteria. We are systematically auditing and updating content.
- The AI Readiness Scorecard is an interactive tool that presents questions and scores dynamically. While we have designed it for keyboard and screen reader access, some complex visual feedback (such as the score gauge) may be difficult for some assistive technologies. A text-based summary of scores is always provided.
If you encounter an issue not listed here, please let us know. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority and will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
5. How we test
We use a combination of automated tools and manual testing to evaluate accessibility:
- Automated testing using WAVE and axe DevTools to identify common accessibility issues.
- Manual keyboard-only testing to verify all functionality is reachable without a mouse.
- Screen reader testing with NVDA on Windows to verify content is announced correctly.
- Colour contrast analysis using WebAIM Contrast Checker against WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds.
- Regular review during development using the W3C's "How to Meet WCAG 2.2" quick reference.
We conduct accessibility reviews at key stages of development and before publishing new content or features. We also periodically re-audit the full site to catch issues that may have been introduced by updates.
6. Reporting an accessibility issue
If you find any part of our website difficult to use, or if you encounter a barrier that prevents you from accessing our content or services, please tell us. We take all reports seriously and will respond as quickly as possible.
When you contact us, please include:
- The page URL where you encountered the issue.
- A description of the problem and how it affected you.
- The browser, device, and assistive technology you were using (if any).

7. Enforcement and complaints
We are committed to resolving accessibility issues directly and promptly. However, if you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint.
In Ireland, accessibility concerns relating to websites can be raised with the National Disability Authority (NDA), which advises on accessibility standards, or through the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC), which has a mandate to promote and protect human rights and equality in Ireland.
