Lambourn Digital is a Dublin digital marketing and web design agency that needed AI consolidation before it knew it. They’re good at what they do. Clients are happy and the work is solid. But AI was everywhere in their business and nobody knew what was actually happening.

The challenge

Teams were scattered across ChatGPT, Claude and various other platforms. Nobody coordinated them or tracked the spending, and nobody could say whether any of it was working. Leadership suspected AI was making teams more productive but couldn’t measure it, predict the cost or decide where to invest.

Our approach

Lambourn’s leadership came to us asking a straightforward question: “How do we actually do this properly?” We applied the Trust Stack framework, focusing on the Data, Behaviour and Evidence layers, to assess their current position and identify the highest-impact changes.

The solution

We moved their five overlapping AI subscriptions onto Gemini for Workspace, which sits inside Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Meet. Nobody had to learn a new tool, and the monthly bill became easy to read.

We trained the team on prompt engineering fundamentals and safe-use practices. And we put measurement in place so leadership could track adoption, time savings, and output quality.

The results

Financial impact: Consolidation around Gemini for Workspace reduced their monthly AI tool spend by more than 60%. They went from paying for five subscriptions with overlapping features to one.

Operational impact: Teams are not switching between tools. Gemini integrates directly into their daily workflow. Adoption was immediate. Their content team went from spending hours on first drafts to using AI for structured outlines and variations, spending time on refinement and quality.

Strategic impact: Quarterly planning cycles became sharper. Strategy workshops that used to take a full day now happen in half that time, with better output, because they use AI to stress-test ideas, analyse competitive positioning and model scenarios.

The key lesson

Lambourn’s story is common. Most agencies would add another tool and another policy, then hope for the best. Lambourn worked out what mattered, cut five subscriptions to one, trained the team and measured the result.
