Start a conversation people can answer honestly
An AI policy is hard to apply if you don’t know which tools people use or why they find them helpful. Begin by asking about the work, the accounts involved and the guidance staff would find useful.
The questionnaire uses neutral language. It asks which tools help, what people use them for and how they check results. It doesn’t ask staff to paste confidential prompts, customer information or credentials into a survey.
